As a sex worker you have got rights – like in any other work situation. It is not ok for someone not to respect your rights!
You can choose who you want to have as a customer and who not! Nobody is allowed to force you to take every customer. It is also your right to say no to specific wishes of the customer. You decide what you offer and what not.
You have the right to stop an appointment during the appointment. You also have the right to refuse to do something even if you agreed to do it beforehand. An unhappy customer is better than letting something happen which you don’t want, which is harmful or painful.
Someone is forcing you to work without a condom even though you don’t want to do it? That’s not ok. You have the right to say no!
You have the right to take breaks and days off. It is not ok to work many hours in a row and without being allowed to take days off.
Your earned money is yours. It is not ok if you don’t get your money or if you have to give it to someone.
Your personal documents (passport, healthpass, bankcard etc.) are yours! Get help from the police or at an advice centre if someone takes them or keeps them against your will.
